flounder_stuffed Baked Flounder Recipe - Just a little bit of time and a few ingredients and there you have a delicious baked flounder dish.

Ingredients to make Baked Flounder Recipe

2 large flounder fillets
1 to taste butter

1 to taste lemon juice
1 to taste salt and pepper
1 to taste dried tarragon
1 to taste chopped scallions
1 to taste dried parsley flakes

Directions to make Baked Flounder Recipe

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees& spray large baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2:

Rub the fillets on both sides with lemon juice, then salt and pepper them to taste.

Step 3:

Place the fillets in the baking dish& completely dab with butter

Step 4:

Then sprinkle evenly with chopped scallions& tarragon.

Step 5:

bake for about 5 to 15 minutes until fish is done but NOT OVER COOKED.

Step 6:

Sprinkle with parsley.
